Back-to-school under the banner of integration and sharing
The DERET Group and its Deret, LOG’S, Logtex and CAPHOTEL brands were delighted to welcome more than 80 work-study students at an integration morning organized to mark the start of their new academic year. A moment rich in exchanges, discoveries and conviviality, marked by inspiring encounters and collaborative activities.
A program focused on discovery and exchange
During the morning, the new alternants had the opportunity to :
– Meet key figures from the DERET Group, such as Lina DERET, Managing Director, Aude Le Carpentier, Innovation and CSR Director, and part of the Human Resources team, mobilized for the occasion.
– Discover the values, professions and history of the DERET Group, a player committed to innovation, CSR and sustainable development.
– Talk to former work-study students who have joined the Group on permanent contracts, sharing their experiences and career successes.
– Participate in workshops and group games, promoting cohesion and creating an environment conducive to informal exchanges and teamwork.
